Awards for employees

On the threshold of new year, specialists of business lines of the holding have been awarded for the dedicated work, operational excellence and contribution to company's success. Among them, there were 66 employees of UDS Oil. These are the specialists with the continuous track record in the company for 3, 5 and 7 years.

During the awarding ceremony, company's management thanked every employee for the contribution and operational excellence, commitment, emphasized the teamwork, which enables the company to implement large-scale and challenging projects and achieve the set targets.

In addition, results of the «Idea system» program were acknowledged during the event. Through the course of the year, UDS Oil's employees shared their ideas aimed at saving resources, improving labor conditions and ensuring environmental safety. Proposals allow to create new or optimize existing work methods and techniques and advance existing company’s processes. Dmitry Tokarev has been recognized as the most efficient contributor to the 2019 program. He has proposed maximum number of ideas, which were further implemented. Dmitry has been awarded with the 20,000 rubles certificate.
